BNE Budget Upload Account Columns Read Only, Is There a Workaround? (Doc ID 1270066.1)

Goal

After downloading a Budget Worksheet in Web ADI (BNE) the columns that contain the Account Segment Values are read only, and cannot be changed. Some users create a budget in a spreadsheet separate from the Web ADI created budget worksheet. They then need to paste the data from the separate worksheet into the Web ADI budget worksheet for uploading to General Ledger. They are unable to do this because the read only cells in the account columns cannot be changed. Is there a workaround for this?
