On : 11.5.10.2 version, Support Codes
Customer is trying to reprocess RMA Receipt error transaction and getting following error

ERROR
-----------------------
The Instance (XXXXX), cannot be expired. This Instance has transactions with transaction date (18-OCT-2010 12:52:50), which is later than the date passed for expiration.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Oracle Installed Base Admin > Transaction Error Processing
2. Query IB error transactions form for RMA Receipt txns failing with error "he Instance (XXXXX), cannot be expired.. "
