FAQ for Troubleshooting Workflow Errors at Booking (Doc ID 1270265.1)

Purpose

Sales order booking normally encounter the error "Order is Not Eligible for Booking, Check Workflow Status for the Order". This workflow related error happens when the status of the order workflow is not ready for booking activity as the previous attempt for booking the sales order failed. This will send the workflow into exception.

The cause of the workflow errors observed at time of booking are could be many and this is an attempt to compile all such cases together in order to facilitate customers to have a quick reference of these problems. The resolution for such errors is varying from applying a patch, modifying a setup etc.

This Primary Note would also try to bring in few cases where actually no problem is observed with the application and customers should be aware of the standard functionality along with information which can help in troubleshooting the problems reported in the booking activity.
