APP-AR-96282: Error on Telesales eBusiness Center (Doc ID 1270320.1)

When attempting to create a new person type record in the eBusiness Center form which has Last Name field entered with some value, the error APP-AR-96282: Error is encountered. If the new record is created without any value in the Last Name field, the record can be saved successfully

Even if the Last field, Phone, Type fields on the eBusiness Center form are left blank, sometimes the same error is displayed

This can be reproduced with the following steps:

(R) Telesales Agent
(N) eBusiness Center
Choose Party Type = Person
Enter the details in the fields First and Last
Error is encountered
