Symptoms




On : 11.5.10.2 version, Pricing, Discounting & Charges

When attempting to save some sales order lines.
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Duplicate price list lines equal Precedence XXX PRICE LIST, XXX PRICE LIST.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log as Order Management Superuser responsibility.
2. Navigate to Sales Order, Return > Sales Order
3. Create a new sales order, enter a new line for an item
4. Save the order.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot book the order for some specific items.
