On 11.5.10 in Production:
When attempting to create an employee using the NL version of the Enter Employees People Management template, the following error occurs:
Cause: The mandatory argument validation_start_date has either not been specified or has been explicitly set to null in the API per_per_bus.chk_sex_title .
Action: Either specify a value for the validation_start_date argument which is not null or contact your local support representative.
APP-PAY-07207: The mandatory argument validation start date value cannot be null
Cause: The mandatory argument validation start date has either not been specified or has been explicitly set to null in the API per_per_bus.chk_date_of_birth .
Action: Either specify a value for the validation start date argument which is not null or contact your local support representative.
Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using an HR Responsibility
2. Navigate to the Template Enter Employee
3. Enter day of birth and enter title
4. Get the error messages
