iReceivables Customer Search Does Not Work With Wild Card * (Doc ID 1271377.1)

Symptoms

iReceivables Customer search does not seem to work with wild card *.  From the Online Help, you can use the wildcard characters * (asterisk) or % (percent sign) to retrieve a list of names that contain certain characters. For example: "Er*" or "Er%" retrieves "Ernest" and "Eric."  This does not seem to be working.
