Cancel Credit Memo Request Status Remains Pending Approval (Doc ID 1271602.1)

Symptoms

When you use Cancel Credit Memo Request in iReceivables, the status in iReceivables remains "Pending Approval" while it should be status "Cancelled."
However, in the Status Monitor the status is Cancelled.
