Second and Subsequents Refunds give 'Does Not Match MOP' (code:233) (Doc ID 1271771.1)

Symptoms

Find that after applying <Patch 9855846:R12.IBY.B>, all second and subsequent refund/credit transactions fail with error:

'Does Not Match MOP' (code:233).

All the failed refunds are second or subsequent refunds/credits.  First refunds are all successful.

These transactions are not processed by Paymentech.  Paymentech said the MOP (Method Of Payment), which is the card brand in Oracle, is not getting passed for these transactions.
