Symptoms
On application version 12.0.x and 12.1.x,
When attempting to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA), the following error occurs:
RVTPT-020: Subroutine rvtoe_RmaPushApi() - UUser-Defined Exception in Package OE_RMA_RECEIVING Procedure Push_Receiving_Info returned error
Cause: Subroutine rvtoe_RmaPushApi() - UUser-Defined Exception in Package OE_RMA_RECEIVING
Concurrent program RVCTP returned error
Cause: Subroutine rvtoe_RmaPushApi() - UUser-Defined Exception in Package OE_RMA_RECEIVING
Concurrent program RVCTP returned error
After setting the debug profiles as in <Note: 299497.1>, the inventory debug logs shows further errors:
OEXSGLBB.pls- Org ID could not be fetched from MO API
LEAVING OE_MSG_PUB.ADD
LEAVING OE_MSG_PUB.ADD
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create an RMA.
2) Perform a Receipt transaction for the Return.
3) Receipt fails with the error.
