Symptoms
On : 12.1.1 version,
Attempting to run the Accounting Program and find there is a performance issue.
Create Accounting (XLAACCPB ) spawns the child process Accounting Program (XLAACCUP)
The Accounting Program (XLAACCUP) is taking a long time to complete.
