Symptoms
When attempting to run the FTI Load data to HD or Load data to ROD actions, the following error occurs.

java.sql.SQLException: Invalid number format for port number
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Login as DBA.ADMIN.
2- Navigate to Transportation Intelligence > Process Management > Run Load Data to HD OR Load Data to ROD action > see the error.
