Symptoms
An invoice is assigned an Exchange Rate that includes all exchange currencies related to the invoice costs. When an invoice is updated to require a calculation of the netAmtDueWithTax, this is failing with the following error:
Could not convert between USD and EUR for rate exchange null on null
Note: USD and EUR are example currencies
