Cannot resale fixed income securities:
Treasury Manager->Money Market Transactions->Negotiable Instruments->Fixed Income Security Resales/Repurchases
User trying to sell fixed income securities but getting following message:

Error:
THE DEAL MATURITY AMOUNT IS ALREADY JOURNALED. PLEASE DELETE JOURNAL ENTRIES BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO RESELL OR REPURCHASE THE DEAL
