Component End Date for a Common BOM is not Updated When Master Organization End Date is Updated (Doc ID 1272747.1)

In the Bills of Material form, when updating the "End Date" field for a component in the master bill, the common bill components do not get updated with the changes in all the parent organizations where the common bill exists.

Expect changes made to the End date of a component in the master bill to be reflected in all child bills.

The following are the steps to reproduce this issue:

1) Create a Bills of Material (BOM) and make this bill common in another organization with "Enable Attributes Update" checkbox enabled.

2) End date a component for this master bill. This automatically update the child bill component with the end date entered.

3) Remove the "End Date" on the component in the master BOM but you observe that "End Date" for the child bill is not updated.
