AutoInvoice Error: RAXTRX not processing any rows when called via RAXMTR, but imports successfully when executed as standalone (Doc ID 1272820.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run AutoInvoice (RAXTRX) via AutoInvoice Master (RAXMTR) Program, the process completes but there is no data imported and the log file shows:

 0 Rows updated.

However, for the same set of data, if the user directly submits AutoInvoice Import Program, it picks the data and successfully imports the data and creates an Invoice.

There are no errors reported anywhere in the log file.
