Error PO_ALL_POSTING_NA When Creating Requisition Or Purchase Order (Doc ID 1272881.1)

Using Purchasing, when entering the requisition form - sometimes the error message is seen - PO_ALL_POSTING_NA.

Sometimes it is shown as a pop-up error message.
Other times it is noted in the lower left hand side of the form.

Error:
PO_ALL_POSTING_NA

Replication Steps:
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Navigate to the enter requisitions form
3. Enter the data move to the charge account and then enter segments.
- Note the error that is given.

Note: Occurs random and can occur in Purchase Order form as well.
