Service Contracts View Only Responsibility Allows Users The Ability To Change Contract Status (Doc ID 1272923.1)

Symptoms

A responsibility has been created and has been assigned to a contract category with "Read Only" access. However, the user is still able to Change Status on a contract using that responsibility from within the contract.
The same function is not allowed when trying to perform the Change Status from the search screen.
