Find when running the Premium Calculation Process, some employees appear with two coverages. Their new coverage which should be on the report and their end dated coverage which should not be on the report. The View Enrollment Results form shows only one active enrollment.
The issue has the following business impact:
Monthly premium was calculated incorrectly in Premium Calculation Process. The difference of thousands dollar is required to be identified and adjusted manually. Otherwise, the amount calculated by Premium Calculation Process will be overpaid to the carriers.
