Symptoms

In release 11.5.3 instance there was thousands of on hold requests in the fnd_concurrent_requests table, it was required to purge these requests without the action influencing the current processes.

Having submitted the 'Purge Concurrent Request and/or Manager Data' concurrent program to purge the requests, the on hold requests remained in the table with on hold status.

Performance of the instance may be influenced by these requests.
