Getting "Manually planned Unit Effectivity does not exist." Error when Attempting to Cancel a Visit (Doc ID 1273033.1)

Symptoms


When the same Maintenance Requirement (MR) is added to a visit as both planned as well as unplanned requirement, and Visit is pushed to production (P2P), the following error is thrown when attempting to Cancel the Visit:

"Manually planned Unit Effectivity does not exist."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Complex MRO Responsibility
2. Navigate to: (N) Execution > Production Planning > Visits
3. Search for the specific Visit and go to the Update Visit page
4. Select the "Cancel Visit" option from the drop-down list and press the Go button.
