Email Updated In AMS Tables and some HZ tables Are Not Being Updated In Hz_parties (Doc ID 1273068.1)

Symptoms


OMO 12.1.1

Performing import list
with 'Record Update Flag'
type "persons, addresses",
using Party_id column to update data in an existing entry

When importing different Email address is correctly updated in AMS_LIST_ENTRIES but in TCA we can summairize the current behaviour as following:

1. when a contact is created via new import
then

new entry in HZ_PARTIES is created with email,
new entry in hz_contact_points is created with same email and PRIMARY_FLAG=Y

2. when a contact is updated, via update import
then

HZ_PARTY entry is not updated at all (so email is the original one)
new entry is created in hz_contact_points with new email and PRIMARY_FLAG=N
entry is updated
