Goal

The goal of this document is to describe what the Generic Data Fix (GDF) patch 17486117 ("GDF:Unacctd prepayment unapplied event due to incorrect proration") does, why it is needed, and when and how to use it. And also what code fix patches are available to prevent this issue from recurring.
