How is it possible to enable/disable the 'Remove this Row from Delinquency' option in the Transactions Tab sub menu (Right Click Menu) of IEXRCALL?

Responsiblity: Collections Agent
Navigation: Collections > Transaction Tab
Select an Invoice
Right Click for the submenu
