Symptoms
When attempting to add a line to a Repair Order that has a "Booked" logistics line, the following error occurs.
Error raise from calling OE_ORDER_PUB.Process_Line API
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Repair Order with 'Repair and Return'
2. Process the logistics Return line to a status of 'Booked'
3. Attempt to process the Ship Line, and so generate the error.
