DQM Is Enabled And Data Is Staged However Still Not Able To Query Customer Using Customer Account Number (Doc ID 1273929.1)

Symptoms


Not able to search for a few accounts by account_number . 
We see the data is in the hz_staged_parties table 

HZ: Enable DQM Party Search = YES
HZ: Match Rule for Organization Simple Search is set to HZ_ORG_SIMPLE_SEARCH
HZ: Match Rule for Advanced Simple Search is set to HZ_ORG_ADVANCED_SEARCH

Login to Receivables Manager
The simple and advanced search page is displayed

Search for Account Number 79410 - no results are seen.


Example Party:

Find the account 79410 (Verizon Wireless) - run and upload the following

select * from hz_staged_parties where party_id = 1880219
