Symptoms
A shipment is created in a child domain, and user is logging into the parent domain. From this parent domain, a Milestone Monitor is being assigned. The Monitor ID is created using the BN/Curvalue of the Parent domain, but then being inserted into the Child domain.
This has the potential to create duplicate key errors as the ID might already exist in the child domain.
