Attempting to create or update a Service Request after an upgrade from 11i to R12 an Error displays.
- Error 100501: non ORACLE exception. The user-to-resource link has not been setup correctly. Please contact the application administrator.
Sometimes followed by the error:
A Service Request with this number already exists. Please enter another number.
When using the Support(obsolete) responsibility, the error doesn't appear.
This error can occur any time the User-Resource link has not been set up, not only for R12 upgrades.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade from 11i to R12.
2. Service Responsibility
3. Create or Update a Service Request. > Error
Migration from 11i to R12.
"Support (Obsolete)" Application (CSS) has been changed to "Service"
