Symptoms
When clicking the hyperlink of a record that contains Chinese characters from Result Screen, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
For example:
1 - Created an Itinerary with the Chinese characters
(Navigated to: Shipment Management > Itinerary Management > Itinerary Manager)
2 - Navigated to: Shipment Management > Itinerary Management > Itinerary Manager and searched for the itinerary
3 - From the Results screen left mouse clicked on the ID.
