Descriptive Flexfield in Lease Center does not Store more than 150 Characters (Doc ID 1274198.1)

Goal

In lease center screen, we can enter up to 450 characters in the descriptive flexfield but system throws error when we try to save this record. Looks like system does not accept more than 150 characters. Descriptive flexfield is set on into OKL_K_HEADERS.ATTRIBUTE11 column which has datatype varchar2(450).
Program fails in OKL_CONTRACT_PUB.UPDATE_CONTRACT_HEADER package.
