For One User Warehouse Control Board Does Not Shows Blank/Null Value For Some Columns (Doc ID 1274382.1)

Symptoms

After performing a query in the Warehouse Control Board, one or more columns show a Blank/Null Value for one user.
The expected values are shown when a different user queries the same records.
For example, the "To Locator" field shows a blank value for all rows for one user but for another user, the same columns show a value.

  1. Navigate: Warehouse Manager > Inquiry > Warehouse Control Board
  2. Perform a query for existing records
  3. Review the data and see that one or more columns are not showing any values for that user
