FSTP Error: 'Please make sure to enter at least one labor line for this Task' when closing a SR or Task (Doc ID 1274434.1)

When attempting to close a Service Request or Task in the Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP), the following error occurs:

Please make sure to enter at least one labor line for this Task nnnnnnn

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to the FSTP.
2. Query for 'Open Tasks'.
3. Select the 'Update' icon for one of the tasks from the Dashboard.
4. Click the '+ Show Service Request' link to open the SR screen.
5. Change the status to 'Completed' but do not enter any debrief lines.
