Symptoms

--Problem Description:
When attempting to run Visa VCF 4 Transaction Loader and Validation Program ,
the following error occurs.

Uploading credit card transactions.

An error occurred when parsing line 193.
The following errors occurred on this line.
JBO-25050: Batch mode post operation failed. See Exception details for a list of failures.
An unexpected error occurred during the credit card transaction upload. No transactions were uploaded.
