Equipment Down Time not seen in OPM When EAM Works Order exists (Doc ID 1275076.1)

Symptoms

Find that the Resource Availability form does not reflect the downtime from an EAM Works Order after Extract eAM downtimes has been run

STEPS
1. Set up resource instances in the Plant Resource form and link them to assets in EAM
2. Create an EAM Works Order using the resource with a start date in the future and release
3. Run GMPASUNV module: Extract eAM downtimes
4. Run GMPRSINCAL module: Generate Resource Availability
5. See that Resource Availability is not effected.
