Client have a requirement to send status update XML messages to the partner. System should send this message whenever order line status is updated. Which constraints attributes we can use to track line following line statuses –
As mentioned in the Note 795281.1, they have updated Order Header (OEOH) and Order Line (OEOL) workflows and inserted “Raise Show Sales Order Event” Sub Process from the item type 'OM Show Sales Order. As per the document this workflow process should trigger “oracle.apps.ont.oi.xml_int.status” business event, but for some reason its only working for Order Header and not for Order Line.
Issues with the event raised for Order Line -
1.Header ID is NULL.
2.Line Ids is NULL. As per the document Line ID should be “ALL”
3.Event Data also doesn't have any details of the order
