Task Workflow Erroring With "Event Warning : Oracle.Apps.Jtf.Cac.Task.Updatetask" Error (Doc ID 1275561.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, getting intermittently but frequently workflow error when updating the 'Dispute Management'task ,


ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-0000: normal, successful completion

STEPS to reproduce :

1: Logged in as an user .

2: Select the custom responsibility

3: Click on Disputes link (Dispute Summary screen is displayed as shown below)

4: Click on Create Dispute button (Create Task screen opens)

5: Enter details

6: Click on Apply button to save (Task saved and returns back to Task Summary screen)

7: Click on Update icon for the task (update screen opens)

8: Change status to ‘Submitted for Approval’ (as workflow assignment to manager and admin group happens only when task status <> ‘ Not submitted’)

9: Click on Apply button to save (disputed saved and returns to Task Summary screen)

10: Can login as sysadmin and see the error notification
