R12: AGIS - Transaction Account Definition Could Not Be Found

Symptoms

When attempting to enter an AGIS batch, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
1. A transaction account definition identified by code AGIS and owner User could not be found in the context default. Please use an existing transaction account definition.
2. XLA_TAB_CANT_COMPILE_TAD
3. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that: The Transaction Account Builder batch processing failed. The transaction account builder interface has been cleared. Please check the messages above for further information. The error occurred in the function fun_xla_tab_pkg.run.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. AGIS > Transactions: Outbound
2.When entering a transaction and going to second screen we click add line and get more errors.
