Symptoms

When attempting to create API the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----
No resource found.Please try again
API Error(CS_SR_TASK_AUTOASSIGN_PKG.Assign_Task_Resource).
Unable to automatically assign task owner.
Please check your territory setup or manually assign the task owner

STEPS
-----
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Service Request
2. Tasks Tab: create Task
=> Error occurs.
