Symptoms

When a new GL period is opened the request Automatic Reversal program is launched automatically and ends with error. The logfile shows:

Error:
There is no valid criteria set associated with the ledger <LEDGER NAME>. Please assign a valid criteria set
SHRD0014: glparv: main - process exiting with failure.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open new GL period
2. GLPARV request fails
