Goal

How to prevent multiple instances of the same concurrent program from running at the same time?

The Create Accounting output reported massive amount of errors "This line cannot be accounted until the accounting event for the application Payables that it references has been fully accounted."
Found that there were 3 Create Accounting processes scheduled to ran at the same time.
Cancelling 2 and leaving just one resolved the issue.
