Executable:WSHINTERFACE - Interface Trip Stop

Sales order is picked partial creating a split line.  When this split line is shipped, the interface trip stop completes with warning. The log file shows the following two errors:

Error msg: Ordered Quantity, Supply picture has been updated. A discrepancy exists between the Sales Order and its corresponding Internal Requisition.

Error msg: ORA-00001: unique constraint (ONT.OE_ORDER_LINES_U1) violated in Package oe_line_util Procedure Insert_Row

The issue started after applying OM Cumulative patch 9722769.
The issue only happens when the following scenario exists:
a) Item is ATP Enabled
b) At least one line on the order was partially picked

Workaround: Edit sales order line and set "Override ATP Flag" to Yes. Then resubmit the ITS and it processes correctly.  However, the downside of this is now the remaining qty for these order lines is not showing in ATP which adversely affects scheduling of new orders.
