Privileges Error When Clicking On Contract Number On Installed Base Contracts Page (Doc ID 1276492.1)

When clicking on the Contract Number link from the Installed Base contracts page, the following error occurs:

Error :
You don't have sufficient privileges to view this page

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to an Installed Base responsibility and go to Item Instances page.
2. Query for an existing instance.
3. Click on Contracts link for the instance.
- the Contracts page opens
4. On this page click on the Contract Number link
- the error occurs
