WEBADI: Not All Lines are Uploaded and Upload Gives No Error. Import Gives Error: EU02

Symptoms
On : 12.1.1 version,
User creating worksheet using WEBADI General Ledger Journals integrator.
Upload says that all rows uploaded without error. When data in GL_interface was checked, there are only few lines transferred from WEBADI. Journal import gives the following error :

EU02:The journal Entry is Unbalanced and Suspense Posting is not enabled for this ledger
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log into WEBADI Responsibility
2. Select Create Document
3. Enter journal lines
4. Upload the document and run Journal Import
