When attempting to create a receipt 00:00:00 is appended to the transaction date, making it for example 12-08-2010 00:00:00. As at Header level this is not the case, the receipt date can be 12-08-2010 08:41:10. As a result the transaction date is prior to the receipt date. When attempting to save the receipt the following error is displayed:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Receiving > Receipts
2. Create the header details
3. When saving the receipt details the above mentioned error is displayed
