When attempting to process a transaction through the Installed Base interface, the following error occurs.
You have Material Transaction_id (XXXXX) pending Prior to the Current Transaction. You need to process that first.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform any transaction for an Installed Base trackable Item.
2. Observe that the transaction fails in the Interface with the reported error.
3. When you query the noted Inventory Material Transaction ID in the Transactions Error Queue, it is not found.
select * from csi_txn_errors where inv_material_transaction_id = XXXXXX
4. When you query the noted Inventory Material Transaction ID in the SFM Event Manager Queue Service, it is not found.
select msg_id,msg_code, msg_status, creation_date, last_update_date, sysdate from xnp_msgs where dbms_lob.instr(body_text,XXXXXX) > 0
XXXXXX = Enter the Inventory Material Transaction ID from the error text.
