Implemented bursting for XML Publisher the first time and the concurrent request XDOBURSTREP module:

XML Publisher Report Bursting Program runs in error.

The log file of the concurrent request shows no error.

When debug is enabled following error is shown in the xdo debug file :

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Implement bursting for the first time and follow all required steps
2. Run XDOBURSTREP module: XML Publisher

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot use bursting in XML Publisher
