Symptoms
On : 12.1.1 version, Pick Release Process
After patch 9593945 , users tested the wave planning functionality. They are able to create a wave but not able to see it or do anything with it because of this error.

ORA-12899: value too large for column "WMS"."WMS_WP_LINES_GTMP"."SHIP_TO"
(actual: 112, maximum: 100)

FRM-40735: WHEN-TAB-PAGE-CHANGED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-12899.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Wave using the Wave planning option in 12.1.
2. Get the following error when trying to use it
