Symptoms

When attempting to add a line to an order released from a Blanket Sales Agreement (BSA),
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Blanket Line Number has not been supplied.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Create Release from BSA
3. Add a line to sales order released from BSA
4. Try to save the line and get the error
