Symptoms
Payments is allowing creation of cards with invalid card type. For example,
Login as Collection Agent
Collection --> Search for customer invoice. Select process payments.
Add credit card details to customer account, at the time of adding card, intentionally select wrong card type (Mastecard for a Visa card).
Save.
Payments successfully saves the card.
