12.1.x, Dispatch Center - Same Task Shown Twice

On the 12.1.2 version of the Dispatch Center: find that when querying the 'Open Tasks', if a given Task has had one of its assignments cancelled, the Task will displayed for each assignment.
Expect to see the display of only one Task in Dispatch Center when searching for a given Task
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Task.
2. Assign to a Resource.
3. Cancel the assignment and re-assign the task to a different Assignee.
4. Open the Dispatch Center, click on the 'Search' icon, and select 'Open' Flag, then click the 'Search' button.
